Flanagan Named GNAC Rookie of the Week

STANDISH, Maine – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) weekly accolades have been released ­­and Saint Joseph's College freshman Trevor Flanagan (Monmouth, Maine) is the GNAC Golf Rookie of the Week.

Flanagan opened his college career with a fourth-place finish, and a 76 card, in the USM tri-match on August 30, shot a 77 in the Queenan Memorial Tournament on September 3rd, and finished the first week of the season with a 155 (83-72), good for fourth overall, in the Bowdoin College Invitational on Saturday. His second-round 72 score at the Brunswick Golf Club was tied for the lowest card in the 15-team tourney.

Saint Joseph's will compete in the Thomas College Invitational on Tuesday, September 17th.
