GNAC Performance Nets Honor Roll Recognition for Murphy

STANDISH, ME - The Great Northeast Athletic Conference has announced its weekly honors and SJC Women's Cross Country runner Katie Murphy '11 (Baileyville, ME) has been listed on the GNAC Honor Roll for the fourth time this year.

Murphy placed sixth with a 21:55.87 performance in the GNAC Championship held at Rivier College on Saturday, October 31^st. The top ten finish at the conference meet, and subsequent All Conference honor, was the third of her career. Also, the performance marked the fourth time in which she posted a sub-22 minute effort this fall.

Saint Joseph's will participate in the ECAC Championship, hosted by Williams College, on Saturday, November 7^th at 11:00 AM.
