STANDISH, ME - For the second time this season,
Alysn Ludwig '09 (Waldoboro, ME)
has been listed on the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Weekly
Honor Roll.
Ludwig led the Lady Monks to the team's second
consecutive GNAC Championship crown with a 5th-place time of 21:16
on November 1st. The first-year runner has been the top SJC runner
in all seven events this fall.
Ludwig, a three-sport athlete (basketball, softball), has also
garnered a pair of Runner of the Week honors from the conference
this season.
The Saint Joseph's cross country teams will travel to Bristol, RI
on Saturday, November 8th to participate in the ECAC Championships.
The women's race begins at 11:00 AM with the men to follow at 12:00
PM.
