Ashton Piers ’10 joined the Monks Swimming staff during the fall of 2010.

Coach Piers, a three-year swimmer and two-time captain for St. Joe’s, competed in 74 meets in her collegiate career – the most by any SJC swim team member heading into the 2010-2011 campaign.

Piers swam in the freestyle, breast, individual medley, back, and butterfly events and competed in the NCAA New England Regional meet in five different events during her career. She enters the coaching realm holding the SJC program record in the 50-Breast (36.09) and also swam legs for two of the team’s record-setting relay teams.
