The student section has been wild throughout the game with everything from body paint, to signs, to even the "We got Jesus" chant. The students have been the 6 th man throughout the first half pulling for their home team.
Alberto Rue and Tyrone Buchanan lead their respective teams with nine points each going into the halftime break. The Monks have recorded 11 assists on 14 baskets and shot 53.6% (15-28) from the floor and 6-8 from the charity stripe thus far.
