Vikings Axe Monks, 15-3 3/9/10 SALEM, MA – The St. Joe’s Men’s Lacrosse team fell to 1-2 with a 15-3 loss to Salem State on Tuesday evening. Paul Dolewa ’12 (Saco, ME), Spencer Hunt ’13 (Jeffersonville, VT) and Dylan Chase ’13 (West Newbury, MA) tallied the Monks’ goals and Marco Stefano ’12 (Steep Falls, ME) made 12 saves in goal for the Royal Blue. Monks Defeat Drew, Fall to New Jersey City 3/9/10 FORT MYERS, FL –Saint Joseph’s (3-1) split a pair of contests on day two of the Monks’ southern trip, with an extra-inning 3-2 win over Drew University in the opener and a 5-2 loss to New Jersey City University in the nightcap. Madylan Kluna ’12 (Standish, ME) scattered eight hits and allowed two earned runs with seven strikeouts in eight innings to earn the victory against Drew. (More)
