The facility includes locker rooms, training room, saunas, equipment room, rock wall, dance room, weight room, 6 lane swimming pool and a 1,360-seat gymnasium. The second floor houses staff and coaching offices, alumni lounge, classrooms, film storage and staff lounge.
Ward Park, consisting of Larry Mahaney Baseball Diamond and Richard W. Bailey Softball Field, is the only fully-lighted collegiate baseball/softball complex in New England.
