Saint Joseph 's College recently announced the addition of three new sports: Men's Lacrosse, Women's Lacrosse and Men's and Women's Swimming.
Swimming will compete in an abridged schedule as a Club (non-varsity, non-NCAA) team for 2006-07. Swimming will be full varsity NCAA Division III and compete in a full schedule 2007-08.
Men's and Women's Lacrosse will not compete in 2006-07. Both teams will be full varsity NCAA Division III and compete in a full schedule 2007-08.
The process of hiring new coaches for each of these sports has just begun. We plan to have new coaches on board by the end of October 2006.
